When the ambient temperature is lower than 25 ℃, the battery capacity is lower than the rated capacity. The capacity changes with the change of temperature. The maintenance personnel must carefully adjust the discharge current of the battery according to the actual temperature change, and control the temperature of the battery to keep it in the range of 22 ℃ ~ 35 ℃. High temperature environment is the main reason that the actual life of battery can not reach the design life.
When the temperature of Tangqian battery increases by 10 ℃, the acceptance of charging current under constant voltage will be doubled, and the battery life will be shortened due to the increase of total accumulated charge of overcharge. The basic requirements for the operation and maintenance of UPS power supply battery are as follows: in order to make the battery always be fully charged without overcharge, more than 80% of the rated capacity should be released when the battery is supplied to the load separately.
