Maintenance Method of UXL Series of Tangshao Battery

Maintenance methods:
1. Select at least 2 labeled batteries in each group as a reference for understanding the working conditions of the whole group.
2. Batteries of different specifications and manufacturers are forbidden to be used in the same DC power supply system (consistency); batteries of different years are not suitable to be used in the same DC power supply system.
3. Sealed batteries need not be recharged before use, but should be recharged. Supplementary charging should be carried out in accordance with the instructions.
4. Sealed battery packs should be charged in one of the following circumstances
(1) There are more than two floating charge voltages below 2.18V/rod.
(2) The shelf time is longer than three months.
5. The charging capacity of storage battery is not less than 1.2 times of the discharging capacity. When the charging current keeps continuous for 3 hours and no longer drops, it is regarded as charging termination.
6. After a period of use, the capacity of the battery is gradually reduced due to the loss and deterioration of the active material, the corrosion or sulfuration of the positive grid, etc. In order to grasp the working condition of storage battery and confirm the guaranteed discharge time of storage battery after power outage, it is necessary to carry out capacity test and discharge test.
(1) Checking discharge test should be done once a year with actual load, and 30-40% of rated capacity should be released.
(2) Capacity tests should be conducted every three years. It should be used once a year after six years.
(3) During battery discharge, the on-line test device should be used to record the test data in real time, or to measure and record the primary terminal voltage and discharge current every hour.
7. Full floating charging power supply mode
(1) Batteries are in floating charge at ordinary times.
(2) Floating Charging Voltage of Battery (25 C)
(3) Sealed batteries shall comply with the specifications.
(4) The maximum difference of terminal voltage of all batteries is not more than 0.05V in floating charge.
