Operation Standards and Requirements of YUASA Battery

The operating standards and requirements of storage batteries can be divided into the following points:

1. The design temperature of G-cell is - 15 ~45 ~C, the service temperature should be between 5 ~35 ~C, and the ventilated environment should be suitable. Panasonic batteries of different models and batches are not easily installed in the same battery cabinet.

2. Batteries are always in floating charge during normal operation. When running, the voltage, charging current and environmental temperature of batteries should be monitored. The floating charge voltage of storage battery should be adjusted with the change of ambient temperature. When the standard temperature is 25 ~C, the adjustment value is 3 mV/2V at <1 ~C. The floating charge voltage of the battery should be reduced by 3 mV/2 V for each temperature rise of 1 C, while the reaction should be increased.

3. Inspect batteries every 4-6 months:

1) Clean up the dust from the battery shell.

2) Check whether the battery terminals are bent or corroded.

3) Check whether the battery shell is damaged, leaked, deformed, etc.

4) Check the floating charge voltage of each battery and record it.
