How to calculate the battery charging time
During the charging process, the temperature of the electrolyte should be measured frequently. The temperature should not exceed 35 degrees C. If the temperature of the electrolyte is 35 degrees C, the charging current should be reduced or the charge should be stopped. Do the operation management of the battery, as far as possible to reduce the battery failure probability, to ensure that the battery DC system reliable and stable operation. Do not allow overcharging and undercharging, the more stringent requirements for charging and discharging, charging device with good performance, improper use maintenance will shorten the service life of the battery is serious. .
Battery capacity test method:
First, the test environment temperature of 20 degrees.
Two, charging requirements:
1, available 0.1CN constant current charging to the battery monomer voltage average 2.4V/ unit, and then turn the floating voltage 2.25-2.35V/ unit, charging to the floating current is less than 1mA/AH.
2, can be directly or float, float voltage: 2.30V/ unit (A400 float voltage 2.25V/ unit). Float at least 24 hours, and the floating current is less than 1mA/AH.
Three, battery discharge requirements:
1. Use the 20 hour rate current discharge, the battery cut-off voltage 1.75V/ unit to determine the nominal capacity of the battery
2, also can control the discharge ammeter in the product instruction to carry on the discharge capacity examination.
Four, capacity judgment:
The effective capacity released by the YUASA battery at the first cycle shall be deemed to be up to 95% of the nominal capacity.
Three cycles, battery nominal capacity should be released in 100%, which is qualified.
