A battery room requirements
Battery installation should be away from the heat source and easy to produce sparks, such as transformers, power switches or fuses, etc., the safety distance is more than 0.5 meters. Indoor temperature should be maintained at around 25 degrees celsius. The battery shall be protected from direct sunlight, the installation of the environment, no organic solvents and corrosive gases. The battery surface and electrode should be cleaned at any time and anti rust measures shall be taken. The exchange office shall have an independent battery room.
Yuasa often needs to check the contents are as follows:
Terminal voltage;
Are there any loose, heating and corrosion in the joints (should be cleaned in time and antirust measures are made)?;
Is the battery shell free of leakage and deformation?;
The pole and the safety valve around whether there is fog escape (Frost).
Two, initial use
Sealed batteries do not require initial charge before use, but should be recharged. The current limiting charging constant voltage charging method, charging voltage should be carried out according to the instructions provided in general (not more than half of the battery, when the environment temperature is 25 DEG) of the voltage charging and charging time are as follows:

In other temperature conditions, the charging time should be adjusted appropriately. If the ambient temperature is between 10~20 degrees centigrade, the charging time should be doubled. If the ambient temperature is higher than 25 degrees, the charging time should be shortened.
Three, float voltage
When the ambient temperature is 20 to 29 degrees, the average battery float voltage of each battery is 2.23 volts, different temperature range can be determined according to the following standard float voltage:

Four, charging voltage
Battery charge voltage can be set to 2.30 ~ 2.33V/, the specific requirements are as follows:
There is a floating voltage lower than 2.18V/, treatment is released about 50% battery capacity, recommended in the manual boost case, charging 2 to 3 days, if still can not resume, please contact us;
Released more than 20% rated capacity, automatic charging;
Automatic charging once 10 weeks;
Automatic charging time is set to 15h.
Five, others
Battery discharge, should immediately recharge, so as to avoid the use of time is too long, can not restore the capacity.
The battery shall avoid discharging with too large or minimum current, and the discharge voltage shall not be lower than the terminal voltage of the battery, so as to avoid deep discharge.
In the normal use of the battery, shall not open the safety valve, so as not to affect the safety and reliability of the battery.

Battery in series, parallel connection and loading and unloading, should prevent battery short circuit, the tools must be insulated, connection bolts must be tightened.
A battery of less than 80% of the rated capacity shall be renewed.
